The news of Dan (Whizzard) passing over has brought great sadness to all who knew and new of him. I had know Dan for about 7 years from some of his early stuff when we started Prestige Fm to seeing him really work the circuit over more recent years, and I must say I have never known a more dedicated and naturally talented proffesional to this day. I think I speak for everyone when I say that you will be sadly missed by a great many people. I know you have gone to a better place where all the greats go and I'm sure we will see each other again one day. God Bless and keep you safe Dan untill we meet again. RIP

The news of Dan’s passing away brought great sadness to all those lucky enough to have known him, and he will be sorely missed. I have known Dan for around 6 years and have never known such an inspired individual. From his earlier days on Prestige he was always the voice that people tuned in to hear. Dan loved what he did and was always great at it. I am amongst those who have had the pleasure of both working with Dan and knowing him as a friend. His passion in his work always made it clear that he would succeed and he should be an inspiration to others. Dan, i think i speak on behalf of many when i say, you'll never be forgotten.
